AI and automation
Your tools are the parts. Each step adds one thing I build.
Your team retypes the same details into three systems, and enquiries wait until Monday. I find the jobs that eat the most hours and hand them to software.
Start a projectNot sure which steps you need? A half-day AI workshop with your team picks the ones worth doing first.
Step 1: Enquiries straight into your CRM
How you get it: Automation sprint, 2 weeks- Website
- Social pages
Adds: Your CRM
Every enquiry from your website, inbox, Facebook and Instagram lands in one place, logged and tagged, so nothing waits in three inboxes.
When leads sit in three inboxes until Monday.
Step 2: A text back in a minute
How you get it: Automation sprint, 2 weeks- Your CRM
Adds: Follow-up rules
If-this-then-that rules reply to every new enquiry with a time to book, even on a Sunday night, and chase the ones that go quiet.
When weekend leads go cold by Monday.
Step 3: A voice agent for calls after hours
How you get it: AI agent build, 3 weeks- Phone
Adds: Voice agent
Sam K., FootscrayTue 7:42 pm, the office closed at 5
Demo, sample data
- Voice agent: Thanks for calling. How can I help?
- Caller: I need a quote to fix my deck.
- Voice agent: Sure. Which suburb are you in?
- Caller: Footscray.
- Voice agent: I can book a quote visit Thursday at 10 am. Does that suit?
- Caller: Yes, that works.
Booked: Thu 10:00 amQuote visit on your calendar. Summary saved to your CRM.
It answers when nobody else can, asks about the job, books a time and saves a summary of the call to your CRM.
When calls after 5 go to voicemail.
Step 4: A chat assistant on your website
How you get it: AI agent build, 3 weeks- Website
Adds: Chat assistant
It answers from your own content, like your services, hours and areas, and hands over to a person when a question needs one.
When staff answer the same questions all day.
Step 5: No more retyping
How you get it: Automation sprint, 2 weeks- Spreadsheet
- Accounting
Adds: Automatic data entry

Remittance for invoice 1182
From Mark R., Preston
Hi, paid in full today. Thanks for the quick job.
Accounts: invoice record

- Status
- Paid in full
Entered for you
Job details, invoices and payments move between your systems on their own, so nobody types the same thing twice.
When someone says "I'll enter it later".
Step 6: Posting from your own system
How you get it: Quoted on its own- Social pages
- Your CRM
Adds: Social publisher
Facebook and Instagram posts written with AI, checked by you and published from one place, with lead forms feeding straight back into your CRM.
When posting is the job nobody gets to.
Step 7: AI inside software you already have
How you get it: Quoted on its own- Your software
Adds: AI feature
Writing, sorting or answering features added to your own app, with cost limits, testing and a fallback for when the AI gets it wrong.
When your product needs AI it can afford to run.
The finished system
Your tools stay at the base, and each step adds one thing I build on top. You don't need every step. Start with one or two.
Ways to start
Automation sprint
2 weeks
Teams losing hours to retyping and copy-paste
Builds one of steps 1, 2 or 5.
I map one workflow with your team, automate it, test it with the people who use it and write down how it works. You get 30 days of fixes.
AI agent build
3 weeks
Missed calls, repeated questions
Builds step 3 or 4.
I build one agent, a voice agent for your phone line or a chat assistant for your website, and test it on the questions your customers really ask. Running costs are separate and listed in your quote.
How a project runs
A 20-minute call
You tell me what's slowing the business down. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you and suggest who is.
A fixed quote within 48 hours
Fixed price for a defined scope. Any change gets a written price before I start it.
The build
You get a five-minute video update every week, in plain English. Your code lives in your GitHub from day one.
- Week 1
- Week 2
- Week 3
Handover
Code, docs and a walkthrough, plus 30 days of fixes. You own the code once the final invoice is paid.
- Code in your GitHub
- Docs and a walkthrough
- 30 days of fixes
Tools I work with
ElevenLabs and a self-hosted model for voice agents, Meta's own APIs for Facebook and Instagram, AWS. [TODO: confirm the AI models and automation tools you use]
Questions
Do I have to change the tools I already use?
Usually not. I connect what you already have, like your website, inbox, phone and accounting. If something can't be connected, your quote says so before you commit.
How long does it take?
An Automation sprint takes two weeks and an AI agent build takes three. Bigger systems are built one step at a time, each with its own fixed quote.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Agents answer from your own content and hand over to a person when a question needs one. Before handover, I test them on the questions your customers really ask.
What does an agent cost to run?
Agents have monthly running costs for the AI, plus a phone line for voice agents. Your quote lists them before you commit.
Who owns what you build?
You do, once the final invoice is paid. The code lives in your GitHub from day one.
What happens after handover?
You get docs, a walkthrough and 30 days of fixes. Support after that is optional.
Tell me what's slowing your business down.
One engineer, one build at a time. You get a fixed quote, a short video update every week and the code in your own GitHub. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you and suggest who is.
